CalcKit is a local-first calculator and simulation toolkit for iOS.
2. Data Stored on Device
To provide core features, CalcKit stores data locally on your device:
- favorites and recents
- countdown items
- custom unit conversion rules
- search history
- theme and language preferences
- exchange-rate cache (fallback only)
3. Network Usage
Most functions work offline. When you tap Fetch Live Rate, CalcKit requests exchange-rate data from frankfurter.app. No account registration is required for core app usage.
4. Sharing
Some pages allow sharing text summaries or generated images through the system share sheet.
5. Children
CalcKit is a general utility app and does not intentionally collect personal data from children.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Stored app data remains on your device until you clear it in-app (where available) or uninstall the app.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is published on our website and can be updated in-app.
